THOSE WHO DOUBTED PEDRO PROVEN HOW VERY WRONG AND SINFUL THEY ARE!
Sung to Kanye West's "Jesus Walks With Me"
Pedro walks...Pedro walks with me
Pedro camina...Pedro camina conmigo

Boston Red Sox 4
Toronto Blue Jays 2
W: Pedro "God" Martinez (2-1)
L: Roy "Didn't Deserve the Cy Young" Halladay (1-3)
S: Keith Foulke (4)
H: Scott "Where Have I Been" Williamson (1)

Pedro Martinez, ladies and gentlemen! Here's the thing all the doubters need to realise. Pedro's 2 bad starts were in absolutely terrible weather. Very cold. Pedro is Dominican and pitches ideally in heat. Cold makes it very hard to grip the curve perfectly. Pedro doesn't have the heat anymore to counter for this. As the weather gets warmer, more starts like this and his second start will occur.

The Blue Jays look really bad. No pitching and very little offense. They do not look like they'll pose a threat to us in the division or wild card. They will improve, however. The Jays won't be push overs all year.

The Man of the Game is Jason Varitek. Normally I'd give it to Pedro for a Quality Start, but Tek was 3/3, had a walk, a run, and a 2 out RBI. He also called a good game for Pedro.

The Celtics lost to Indiana. I'm stunned (sarcasm).

Wakefield takes on Ted Lilly tomorrow at 7 in SkyDome.

Injury news
Nomar might be running by the end of the week, be on the field next week. Trot hit alot in Fort Myers the other day. Kim had a rehab start for Pawtucket. He threw 45 pitches in 2.1 IP. He had 4 Ks, no walks, and 1 run.

Ten statements for Red Sox-Y*nks

Congrats to Dawn Timlin who completed Monday's 108th Boston Marathon.
